1 onion
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch or flour
Dash dry mustard
Dash ginger
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg pork ribs
Bake or boil ribs for 30 minutes to reduce fat. Sauté onion. Mix sugar, cornstarch, mustard and ginger together and add to onion. Add water, honey and soya sauce. Mix well. Add garlic. Bring to a boil stirring until thickened. Pour any fat off ribs. Place in casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
