Turkey Quiche

1 can cream of mushroom soup

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups turkey

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Green pepper (optional)

Onion (optional)

Mushrooms (optional)

Make pie crust and cook first. Layer turkey and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and soup, Pour over turkey (Add optional items.) Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour or until knife cuts dry.
