We are hosting our second East Dartmouth Square Roots produce bundle drop off this weekend. Thank you for your willingness to participate in this important initiative to provide fresh produce to families in need!

There is a poster attached above to help promote the service in both PDF and JPEG format so it is sharable on social media. We will be providing an option for residents to sign up to receive some school supplies with their bundle during this drop off. Residents will need to select whether they have children in pre-primary, primary – grade 6, grades 7 – 9 or 10 to twelve and additional volunteers will add these packages to the produce bundles on Friday evening. I have attached a picture with a sample of what could be found in a school supply bundle above for promotion purposes.

The form for residents or community volunteers to fill out to sign up and receive a Square Roots bundle can be found here:

East Dartmouth Square Roots Sign Up

If you have people interested in volunteering, they can sign up for a time slot here: Volunteer Sign Up

If there is anything else I can assist with, please let me know!

June 26th

Good Morning Everyone,

This is Laura from Councillor Mancini’s office.

We just wanted to provide an update that we are now at capacity for our June 27th Square Roots delivery.

We are still looking for volunteers to fill some delivery shifts, so please continue to promote the volunteer sign ups.

Thank you!
